Rented at 1621 old york rd. I would not want anyone to ever rent from them.
First, the fire alarm for the complex would go off every few months. The last time was at 12am which was a huge inconvenience.
They do not offer any parking for their tenants. Woman, it is not safe for you to live here. Your choice of walking a block to find parking or take your chances in the parking lot with the creepy people in and out of the smoke shop.
They never could get rid of their mice problem. Luckily I... have a cat who should of been on the payroll with all the mice she caught.
Lastly, everything was so dated. There is no dishwasher, no private laundry, door bell doesn't work, and the stove was from 1950s.
If you choose to rent from them, I'll wish you the best luck cause your going to need it.
