High Pointe Apartments

I recently renewed my lease, I have been renting my apartment for the past 16 years and very pleased to continue to call High Pointe Apartments my home. I cannot say enough about the active property manager Sonya and her administrative staff. She is never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority, she truly cares about her tenants.

Been living at high pointe and elm town gardens going on two years. Anytime I need something done at the apartment maintenance is there within five minutes to resolve the issue. The ladies in the office are by far the best part of living here. They always tend my needs with a smile and they are a pleasant to work with. The area had a lot of perks like trails that are a walk away. Minutes from center city. I have no complaints living here.

I’ve been at High Point Apartments for over 2 yrs, without a doubt, the Administrative and Property Management Staff is the the best people you’ll ever meet, helpful and always willing to listen and very understanding, within reason.

I just recently moved in to this apt complex. It is animal friendly with a dog park located in the back, also very quiet. I have a 2 bedroom which are both comfortable size. The staff was very nice and are always willing to help with any issues.
