The complex manager pays attention to details, is professional, and always responds in a timely fashion.
The maintenance department is quick to respond, is very capable, and respectful.
The snow removal this winter was thorough and timely, even through the big storms we had this winter.
I have found the units to be very energy efficient. I have the largest 2BR/2Bath unit and my combined gas and electric bills were under $160 in the record cold, and I keep my thermostat at 70... degrees. The combined bills drop as low as $60 in the summer, while running the A/C set to 70 also.
The parking areas are well kept, in fact they just resealed and repainted the parking spots in the entire community which I was surprised by since I thought they were in really good shape the way they were, and I'm fussy. Lol
The units seem reasonably soundproof, I really almost never hear anything at all.
All in all I've really enjoyed my time here. I would recommend Liberty Park to all my friends, and anyone kind. Mean people need not apply.lol.
