Comfortable Living, Convenient Location

I’ve been living at Riverfront Lofts for a little while now and overall, it’s been a good experience. The building is well-kept, and my apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in. The layout works well for me, and the natural light is a nice bonus.

Maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff I've interacted with have been helpful and professional. They recently added a fob access system, which has definitely made me feel more secure than...
before. The common areas are generally quiet and clean, and the building has a calm atmosphere.

The location is convenient for getting around, and it’s close to a few restaurants and spots downtown. Like any place, there are small things here and there that could be improved, but nothing major that’s impacted my experience in a negative way.

Overall, I’d say Riverfront Lofts is a solid option if you’re looking for a modern apartment in the area.

Nice units, very unfinished complex

Pros: nice units, in unit washer/dryer

Cons; Everything on the first floor is under construction, although management said construction would be done like a month ago and it looks like they have a lot of progress to make. Elevator STILL not running, should've been a month ago. Parking lot STILL not paved, lines for parking STILL not painted, parking spots not assigned despite paying for them. Fob door system STILL not up. Can't pay for rent easily online, have to do a weird banking wire...
transfer (that can cost you money). Neighbors across the street are noisy, keep you up if your apartment is front facing and now there are noise problems within the building bad enough for management to send emails about. The area is crappy in general. Only one person seemingly managing the property day-to-day and no emergency maintenance line for afterhours issues. No blinds, toilet paper holders, door stoppers - cutting costs to save money I guess.

I spoke with a construction worker doing another job across the street who said he knew this site, apparently they ran out of money while building this place and needed to start moving people in early before this place was done. That's really what it feels like.
