STAY AWAY

The new management is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The amenities are finally up and running however you can only use the pool during office business hours which is pointless for most people who work.
The parking lots are always littered with trash, some apartments do not have pavements to the building so you have to walk through muddy grass.
You pay a parking fee in your rent which seems unfair when there are abandoned cars and trucks with graffiti that haven't moved in years.
The dog… park is a small fenced in patch of grass with giant holes and never cleaned. Most areas you walk by smell of weed but everyone seems to respect each other and keep to themselves.

Between renting here or living in my car. I'm in my car.

Poorly built structures. They built 30 of them by what I'd imagine the lowest bidder bc wow... Just wow. Not worth $1400 a month. $800 I wouldn't be writing this review $1400 for this is robbery.

Don’t rent here

Mold, cracked floor, uneven cabinets, flickering lights, garbage everywhere, gap between the windows that make the apartment very cold, and the managers don’t reply your emails. They are as bad as the ones who were here before. Please don’t move here. The mold issue has been going on since November and nothing has been done. I don’t invite my friends over due to the poor condition of this apartment. It has been a nightmare since we moved in July. Please read the reviews before you even come… here.

Repairs are nonexistent

Honestly, do not rent from this place. The unit was 'renovated' but mostly it was a new coat of paint. Things just keep breaking around here. Emergency repair work is decent but any follow up and there is no one to contact. I've tried calling multiple times and get nothing but the answering machine, no one calls back, no one emails back, and they hardly ever tell you which one to even use there.
Even if you DO get maintenance in, it's suddenly, 'Oh, sorry, can't fix that.' I had to actually… show up at the leasing office to even get THAT far.
As an aside, there is a maintenance portal, but I've had my requests marked complete when no one has ever shown up to my unit.
I've lived here for a few years but more than likely will not be renewing my lease.
