Mold, cracked floor, uneven cabinets, flickering lights, garbage everywhere, gap between the windows that make the apartment very cold, and the managers don’t reply your emails. Celestino does great work when he comes to my apartment to fix things

Honestly, do not rent from this place. The unit was 'renovated' but mostly it was a new coat of paint. Things just keep breaking around here. Emergency repair work is decent but any follow up and there is no one to contact. I've tried calling multiple times and get nothing but the answering machine, no one calls back, no one emails back, and they hardly ever tell you which one to even use there.
Even if you DO get maintenance in, it's suddenly, 'Oh, sorry, can't fix that.' I had to actually... show up at the leasing office to even get THAT far.
As an aside, there is a maintenance portal, but I've had my requests marked complete when no one has ever shown up to my unit.
I've lived here for a few years but more than likely will not be renewing my lease. Read More

Save yourself the stress and DO NOT rent these apartments. Don't be fooled like I was about these apartments being "fully renovated". When moving in I noticed that many things such as cabinets and baseboards were installed crookedly and many of the doors looked like they already had past water damage. This was just the start of my skepticism...I moved in June of 2023 and by October and our apartment has flooded twice with SEWAGE water out of the shower drains! Maintenance and management are so... hard to reach and barely have done anything for us as we struggled to scoop constant flowing sewage water out of our apartment for 7 straight hours to avoid water damage to our things while they just watched. We have had various other issues including leaking water through our ceiling due to a broken water heater in the upstairs apartment, frequent power outages and tripped breakers, being easily susceptible to rain water flooding, pool being as green as a swamp all summer long, clubhouse not being ready when we were promised it would be done by September, resulting moldy/mildew smell from the water that was not properly cleaned or disinfected on our floors and within the walls, and our pipes freezing from keeping our A/C at 68 degrees (and instead of actually fixing the issue, they told us we had to keep it at least 70, which makes no sense). When we finally were able to get out of our lease, it took them over 2 months to get us our security deposit back after reaching out almost every week to remind them. Don't trust the ratings, most of the 5 stars are fake comments since several are all posted on the same day. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. If you do decide to move here, I can't speak for the other buildings in the complex, but whatever you do, do not let them move you into the first floor of building 13 or 16 because they are most susceptible to sewage backups and flooding. I was VERY dissatisfied with my whole living experience as a tenant at the woods . I lived there from April 2022 - April 2023 and was ready to go by month 3.

Hm, where to begin. Getting in contact with literally anyone from management was nearly impossible. It was all "renovated" when I moved in but it seemed like there was an issue every other day. The AC unit was ancient and leaked water throughout my kitchen, living room, and bedroom closet. Which then warped my closet door, preventing it... from shutting, so then I had to get my closet/door fixed. Then my hot water stopped getting hot & my washer stopped running. While lead me to having to get my hot water heater replaced. Seemed like it was one thing after another. To top that all off, there was a squatter living in my apartment!

During my last month at The Woods I decided to move into a new apartment complex earlier to help the moving transition. While I was still on my lease at the Woods I was going back in forth between my two apartments. I went to The Woods on move out day to get the last of my things and drop the keys off and someone was squatting in my apartment and using my water/ shower while I was not there . It was quite obviously he had been living there for a while because there was food in my freezer / refrigerator, dirt in my shower, a dirty pot in the oven , a lamp that is not mine , pictures that are not mine and a sweatshirt on my chair .

When I walked in, the man was in my bathroom showering and he said the maintenance man said he could shower there because “no one was living here” . The maintenance man came and said that I had already vacated, but obviously that was not true as I still had some belongings there. He said that he had people touring the apartment which also was NOT true because you don’t tour an apartment that is lived in, and I was legally a tenant at the time. The apartment smelled terrible and he left the bathroom a MESS.
And for the cherry, they gave me a $20 "inconvenience fee" to make up for all of that.

In summary, I would never recommend this place. Ever.
