I bought a condo at the end of 2023, which I am now renovating. I had... already renewed my lease for this apartment for two years since I hadn't anticipated buying a property at the time of renewal. I have lived here since September 2020 and truly love the place as well as Ardmore.

The apartment is situated within walking (biking) distance of both the Regional Rail and the Norristown High Speed Line. Parking is available on the street without issue, but off-street parking in the back can be negotiated with the owner as one of the two garage spaces is vacant.

The building is in Lower Merion Township (Montgomery County) and therefore the Lower Merion School District.
