Great place

Spent the last 6+ years at Merioneth. Great place! Washer/dryer in the unit and parking! Colleen and the team from halfpenny were always quick and easy to deal with. And we always had good fellow tenants. We're gonna miss it there!

Great Place to Live

This apartment was fantastic for the four years I lived there. I'm only relocating due to a different job but had to share what a great experience I had. Management is kind and prompt with any requests, questions or maintenance that needs to be done. Safe area and great neighbors. The units are very quiet, clean and bright. It's a great location, easy to walk to Suburban Square and close to a very nice neighborhood. Can't say enough good things about living at Merioneth.

Great Apt/ Location

Merioneth/ Half Penny Management has been fantastic. Move in process was seamless and apartment is well maintained. Service requests are acknowledged and handled quickly. Tenants are friendly and parking is accessible in back of building. Being close to Suburban Square and train is helpful too!

Excellent properties - Merioneth Apartments

I have a spacious one bedroom apartment on Montgomery Avenue with the amenities that are important for my needs including: washer/dryer, garbage disposal, pet friendly environment and privacy. I have received prompt responses as needed for any maintenance issues with excellent service and follow-up. There is a friendly mix of neighbors, both young professionals and older tenants. Merioneth is in a very nice neighborhood close to Suburban Square and the rent is reasonable. I would highly… recommend.
