MANAGEMENT COMPANY WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN

They have the worst property management company around. Too bad really it is a nice property with potential to be so much better. I lived here for three years paying astronomical rent prices and still looking at the same drywall patch from when I moved in. They do not respond, they do not fix and they create more problems everytime they are near. I am shocked my apartment has not burnt down with how shady the electrical is. You do not went to rent here if managed by Westover Companies,… honestly I would not rent any property that is managed by this poor company. Best of luck!

Great Place to live!

We have lived here 7 months and love it here!
The staff is wonderful! They respond quickly to maintenance requests!
Also, the residents are very friendly and nice!

You don't want to live here

You don't want to live here because the management including the main office of Westover company is terrible. I called the main office twice last week and no one returned my calls. I finally got a hold of them today and they were not willing to let me end my lease without additional fees including the option of either charging me twice my daily rent to stay 15 days after my lease ends or charging me for a full month of month to month prices when I only want to stay 15 days past my lease. They… were unwilling to compromise and I have been here for 5 years. This place is getting worse and worse each year. Last year when I renewed my lease I asked for a number of fixes including my kitchen sink that was squirting water out of the faucet at me. I had to use electric tape to fix it since no one ever came to complete any of the repairs. I figured it was better to just not ask for anything. Their slogan is "we treat you like you would treat you" but they don't practice what they preach. Avoid all Westover company properties.

This place sucks, would be a real pleasure to issue a zero star rating but this site doesn't permit it

Just moved out. They don't take good care of the apartment while you are there and dump numerous fees on you when you move out. Rent rates are outrageous for the accommodations. Site staff is nice to deal with but have zero authority. I would love to provide the details behind my experience (4 years) but not enough space here. I suggest you look elsewhere and avoid any Westover Company facility in your search.
