Springhouse Apartments

I have been living here for a year now and could not be happier. My apartment is spacious and modern. My kitchen is very large compared to other places that I looked and has more cabinet space than I could ever need. The appliances are all new stainless, and I love cooking on the gas range. The outside of the property is meticulously maintained and well lit at night. The property manager has been very easy to work with and extraordinarily responsive to maintenance issues.

I just moved out of this property and already miss it so much. I think the rent is fantastic for the size of apartment that you get. The property manager is very responsive and excellent to work with. My apartment was spacious and cozy(central heat and air worked great), and the layout was ideal. The kitchen is very large compared to other apartments and the open floor plan was really nice for having friends over. If I ever get the chance to move back to this area, this is definitely where... The rent is a bit high considering there are no amenities. The space is good. The layout works well for my family of 3. I like that we have a full size washer and dryer in our apartment.

These are modern 2 bedroom apartments. They have open floor plans which I like a lot. The kitchen is off in the corner and there are no walls in the main living space. the bedrooms are large, only a bit awkward because one has a walk in and the other has the master bath but the one with the master bath is so cut up by windows there isn't alot of usable wall for your bed or furniture. I like this place my only dislike is the cost isn't horrible but this place has nothing. No amenities for this... cost. Just your apartment. Landlord is great, landscapers, not so much. Read More
