Creek Road Apartments

Management is very two faced. One day they are your best friends, and the next they are berating you for not following policy. They are prompt and friendly with anything i need like maintenance requests and such, but when they ask you for something or they want something done from you, like to move a parking space, or to sign a new lease then they come off arrogant and have an attitude towards you for minor things. Overall a 2.5 but ill round up to a 3. Ok place to live except maintenance ALWAYS parked in my assigned parking spot, forcing me to park on the street.
Nice enough apartment, especially for the price. easy commute to philly.

Not a great neighborhood, my car got broken into twice. Also absolutely ripped me off with my security deposit.

Better than most places in the area, but I wouldn't move back.

I've lived here for two years now and I love it! Very clean. Cute and cozy. The bedroom closet is everything! That's what sold me initially. Appliances are up to date and match each other (big pet peeve of mine). It's family-owned and they are super friendly and helpful and responsive and all that good stuff. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly. The area is super quiet with very little public thoroughfare going on. It's literally in the perfect location for people who prefer peace and... quiet. My only complaint is that all the apartments are 1 bedroom so not the best for a family but for one person or a couple...I assure you...your search stops here!! You won't regret it! Read More

I have lived at Creek Road for almost a year now and I love it. This is a family owned complex in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very sweet and extremely helpful. I have had no major issues since I moved in and very few minor issues. All of the apartments here are one bedroom, the perfect size for one person or maybe a even couple. The bathrooms and kitchens were freshly renovated, the carpet, paint job and blinds in my apartment were brand new upon move in. The apartment complex is very... close to public transportation and shopping which makes things very easy to get to. My only complaints are the hallways and entry ways are very outdated and can sometimes smell like other tenets pets (the complex is very pet friendly, when they clean the hallways they do take care of this issue however) and the main doors into my building do automatically lock but if the doors are not shut hard enough they can remain unlocked for anyone to walk in. I think they should install a buzzer system or maybe newer doors to resolve this. Other than these minor issues I love Creek Road. Read More

I lived here for just two years while I worked in Philly, but it was a phenomenal place to come home to. It's pretty quiet and I think has been family owned forever, so it was really nice not having to deal with a headache of a less personable company to get a lightbulb changed or my toilet fixed. I really don't have any complaints, just that delivery boys loved to park in my spot every now and again since it was next to the door.

Would recommend to anyone in the area, really wish you guys... owned something down here in DE too! Read More
