Walnut Grove Apartments

Horrible management company. Good luck getting anything taken care of. Rent goes up every year for the same trash that they cant even bother to fix.

They show you a very nice "model." Then the apartments themselves, and the buildings they are in, are not nearly as well kept. I have reported windows that don't close and leak, maintenance came to look at them and said they were fine, so they wouldn't replace. I live in the basement and can actually break into my own apartment because the one bedroom window doesn't shut completely and therefore won't lock. Walls are paper thin...you hear everything. Twice, the people that they have mow the... lawn, which isn't very often, they've run over the wires for the TV service which has then disconnected it until I could get Directv to come out and fix it. And because they don't mow the grass regularly enough, you better be sure to put good flea/tick stuff on your pets because the fleas are awful because of the tall grass. And because of all of this...they're way overpriced. You can pay a couple hundred more and go down the street a mile to a very nice apartment complex. Just be very wary about this place! Read More
