This is a great place to live. First of all, the manager Ed is great. So is the maintenance guy Tim. They are super kind and very responsive. Second of all, the apartments are super clean and management is constantly making upgrades to them and the grounds. There's everything you need. Central air, your own laundry, lots of extra storage. We lived at Erden Court for 7 years - great blend of privacy and neighbors, a full basement, private washer & dryer, generous bedrooms, double-pane windows, my growing daughter planted her own garden (and a little fair garden) every year, easy walking to neighborhood businesses, and easy access to major roads into Philly or further away, SEPTA bus access at the corner, several train stations & 2 different rail lines within a short drive. I signed my lease at Erden Court a little over a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Good sized rooms, updated kitchen and bath, ample closet space, and a really comfortable, airy floor plan (same for all units) with plenty of sunlight. Installations of central air for each unit and new roofs are in process in the complex, and are already completed in my building. The central air works great. I have access to a full basement (shared with one other unit), with a separate... washer and dryer for each unit. It actually feels like living in a house. The owner, manager, and full-time maintenance man are all super people, and the one or two items in my unit that have required attention were immediately resolved. The complex and units are spotless and meticulously maintained, with excellent landscape care and snow removal. The location is convenient to everything. I look forward to coming home here at the end of the day, and that's a really nice way to feel about the place where you live. I'm not paying for a swimming pool and health club here -- rather a very comfortable and convenient home managed and maintained by people who care. I have rented several times and by far this is the best service you could ever get in an apartment like this. When I rented this apartment 2 years ago, my first impression was that the apartment was spotless. Any plumbing or electrical issue was fixed right away. The management is always on top of things and very responsive to any comments. Tim & Tim are always there to fix whatever necessary. I have been to other apartments where there are misunderstandings and poor management. This apartment... is close to center city (25 minutes) and 5 minutes to the turnpike (276) to go to NY or get to 476 to go to Poconos.
