I hate living here people breaking all the rules always people harassing me. I want a rented house by itself so I can enjoy life

I hate it here

I want to go to another apartment like a privat one. People here are problems and I am a nervous wreck. They get away with all sorts of bad stuff. Would like an apt in the country where I can relax. I am on Disability and my nerves are shot.. Please can you help me. Thank you
