Wynfair House Apartments

No smoking in units yet there was nicotine seeping through walls making tenants sick and owner refused to do the necessary actions to resolve the issue. They only sprayed/bombed 1 of the 4 apartments in the building with cockroaches so the tenants would watch them scurry to the apartment down the hall, then back to their apartment a few days later. Getting a hold of the owner was like pulling teeth using a cotton ball. Can't tell you how much water damage there was and the management did nothing... about it. Parking was such a battle that neighbors would park in the handicap spots when they weren't handicapped as well as the the no parking zones. Stairs were carpeted and vacuumed once in the 2 years tenants were there. Also very sure that the management would come into the apartment without permission while tenants were not home. Read More

Don’t not move here it is infested with mice and they property owner and management do not seem to know what to do about it since they do not even reside on sit let alone in Hatboro... Proceed with caution.
