Run away From this Place

Do not rent here. From the cracking foundation of the property, no heat hot water, weed smell from the residents, the landlord does absolutely nothing but collect your money, they come into your property without permission, maintenance takes month, constant noise from neighbors, and no lit hallways. If I could post pics and video to this I would. Do not move here.

Horrible place to live, save your money and live elsewhere!

The management here is atrocious and the building is falling apart and management/maintenance will not actually fix anything. There was a flood that destroyed everything in my kitchen, multiple infestations bugs, mice, squirrels (you name it), things constantly breaking, in the winter the heat works intermittently on and off. The worst part was getting maintenance to actually fix anything was impossible. It was a part-time job just calling/emailing and then they would say something was fixed... which wasn't. I lived there for over a year and by the time I moved out there was still a laundry list of things to be fixed (a lot of which were broken when I moved in). There was one management company ZanderCo (that was pretty horrible on their own) and then another company, MRP Properties bought the building. I thought conditions would improve but they only got worse. I was on month-month and I gave plenty of notice but the owner of MRP Properties (and the building) literally was screaming at me and threatened me when I called him to let him know I was moving. I had to submit a legal notice packet listing the conditions and issues just to be able to move out (even though I was giving 2 months notice which was generous considering the deplorable conditions of the apartment). Living here was a pretty horrible ordeal. Literally the only upside is the location it's close to Lansdowne center and in a pretty decent neighborhood area. It was an almost daily struggle with fixtures in the apartment breaking, with floods and leaks (yes there were multiple, my couch got soaked many, many times), with infestations and with trying to get management to fix basic things. I am so glad it's over and I never have to live there again. DO NOT LIVE HERE EVEN WITH THE LOWER PRICE IT IS NOT WORTH IT TRUST IT FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS.
