• Applicants are required to complete a credit and background check, the cost of which is $35.00.
• A deposit must be paid at the time of approval in order to remove the apartment from the market.
• Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants
• Applications are not considered complete without payment of application fee and hold fee.
