The office staffers can do whatever they want to do and the supervisor will support them. This guy in the leasing office was very rude to my girlfriend, and the supervisor turned the situation around saying “we acted rude on on the guy”, without any investigation or hearing our part of the story. I couldn’t believe it! With that kind of bad tenant n management relationship, I wouldn’t recommend colonial garden to anyone.

The building is filthy. Always trash in the hallways. People throw their garbage off the balconies and leave the mess in the courtyard where the children are supposed to play. Neighbors are very loud always screaming and jumping around. The kids in the complex are always making a mess and being rude. People sit in the hallways so you cant walk by to your building. The ceilings are leaking. The showers are leaking. There is mold all over. The building reeks of ciggeratte smoke and weed. Management and maintenance people change regularly, and for good reason. This place is understaffed, and the buildings reflect it. Tenants blast music so you can hear it from other buildings with your tv on and your windows closed. Windows are so old, there are large gaps between the glass and the frames, that just get filled with caulk, instead of being replaced. Plumbing is constantly an issue. I like colonial gardens it is a nice place to live. But i hope they find a legit towing company. Im not sure of where they found this man. He dont have his own tow yard n when you call him. He dont pick up unti hours later. I feel like this make the complex look very bad. After all i hate this place. I will do everything in my power to get this man reported.

We moved into our apartment July 31st. We had some delays moving in and the office held the apartment for us for longer than we originally asked. Maintenence is always prompt to servicing every call we've made for minor repairs. They even replaced the a.c. with a brand new one because the one we had wasn't blowing out cold enough air. We love it here.
