This is the worst part ever. Not good for families. You get obnoxiously loud neighbors, People smoke weed constantly so your apartments smell like weed, You get a lot of bugs, including roaches, beetles, and spiders, Management does not listen to any requests. I am a new renter and will be moving into Norris Hills in about a month and a half, but I would like to speak on their application process. The application process was completely painless and the staff was very responsive every step of the way! When my partner and I forgot a document, or they could not access information for our application, their management team promptly emailed us to let us know what we needed to fix. Homeless people sleep in the hallways there are no locks on the doors maintenance is never done. Mice and roaches

Worst living experience I've had in my life. The buildings are infested with bugs and mold and are never cleaned. Sewage lines back up frequently leaving raw sewage in the apartments. The tenants do not care about others and frequently play loud music, stomp around, slam doors, and leave trash everywhere. The laundry rooms are disgusting and filled with mold. They lie about the provided amenities. The office staff does nothing to help and will simply ignore complaints. They do not care about... their jobs whatsoever. My sister and her boyfriend moved in, the stove is totally unsafe. Loud neighbors, who run up and down the stairs all hours. A loud downstairs neighbor who blares their TV at all hours. Same neighbor has two dogs who bark at everything. My sister and boyfriend also were told they would be getting a dishwasher and not one to be seen in their unit when I saw them.
