1307-1309 Spruce St

The building is a little bit crumbly, and occasionally I will see one of those icky bugs that look a little bit like centipedes. Also I live at the very end of the top floor - there is no elevator so it gets a little bit tiresome going up and down the stairs all the time and traversing the The Shining-esque hallway. But my apartment is wonderful. It is naturally very bright, with light colored hardwood floors, big windows, and lots of open space. It's in the perfect area - right in between... Broad and Midtown, surrounded by great places to eat, parks, people walking their dogs…etc. Oh also the apartment doesn't allow dogs, which I do not like. But mostly it's great. Read More
