Safe and Quiet - Great Location!
I lived in the buidling for 2 years while finishing school. The building is located on a quiet and picturesque corner on Pine Street. Walking distance to shopping and Rittenhouse Park. If you are not familiar with Philadelphia, trust that this is the area you want to live in.
Building itself has only 5 units and neighbors are friendly and respectful. Landlord is easy to get a hold of and addresses issues in quick manner.
