MOUSE INFESTED

As the other reviewer stated, this place is INFESTED with mice. They come out during the day and run by your feet and are even worse at night. It does not matter who clean you are. They built this building over an old abandoned car garage and never dealt with the mouse problem. They would come and throw mouse/rat poison around the apartment, but that’s it. They never fixed the bigger problem. DONT RENT HERE!!!!!

Riddled with mice

Avoid this apartment building. The entire building is infested with mice. They come out during the day, fight each other openly in my kitchen and give birth in my bathroom. OCF does next to nothing about it. Oh and once a quarter tenants get locked out of the building entirely because the key fob entrance breaks and we’re left outside for hours until someone at OCF finally decides to show up. AVOID THUS PROPERTY!

Happy Tenant

So far so good! Been here for a few months and no major complaints. I love my space!.. and the neighborhood isn’t too bad for the inner city. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a short commute to downtown. Most of the neighbors in the building are quiet. The building is being run by professionals and they are responsive to any problems. My only negative is that the rent is a bit higher than I’d like. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place and OCF.
