There will be two other occupants in the unit. You are leasing one private room only, not the whole apartment. Only one person per room. All applicants must be 18 or older. This is a 11-month lease only. It is not permanent housing. The landlord may offer a renewal at their discretion, typically up to roughly 12 months total, but renewal is not guaranteed.
