Do Not Recommend – Ongoing Sanitation Issues and Poor Management
Great location, but the trash chute has been backed up to the 4th floor for months, making the entire building smell like garbage. The trash room is disgusting and smells horribly which seeps out to the first floor. It is constantly infested with flying bugs which travel throughout the first floor and up into the apartments.
Despite countless maintenance requests, management keeps saying they're “working on it” — but it has been going on for 9 months and is still not resolved.
If you care... about cleanliness or basic sanitation, look elsewhere.

Not worth living here
Don’t move here unless you want to walk into the lobby everyday seeing nothing other than flies and fruit flies and for it to smell like trash. The door coming into lobby from parking garage is always broken, and the building just seems to be poorly managed cleanliness wise.
