Not worth the hassle even remotely… horrible management who doesn’t know what their doing, apartments breaking down before your very eyes, even if you are in dire need of a place to live don’t do it.

New Tenant Review

1. Your packages/mail will not get delivered and the management won't even do anything about it. They would ask you to talk to USPS and won't do anything to fix the delivery issues. I have been having this problem since the day I moved in. My mail and packages do not get delivered and I have to call the mailing companies every single time. I have complained to the management multiple times and they have not done anything about it.
2. The hallways have not been cleaned even once.
3. The... management would not even bother to answer your questions.
4. We were not even informed about the actual rent of the unit. They ask you to pay more and then give you the offer price as a credit in your portal which does not make any sense to me. So basically, there is no "free month".
5. The appliances in the unit are good but the dishwasher, washer/dryer, exhaust fan in the bathroom, and garbage disposal have been broken down atleast once in my unit. However, somebody came to fix it up the next day or the day after so that is one plus point.
6. The area outside is not maintained at all and looks trashy.

I would suggest looking for other apartments.
