Smoking will also incur a $500 ozone treatment. Undeclared or unauthorized extra guests or pets will be charged an extra $50 per person/pet per night. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional $75 for every 30 minutes after the standard check-out time. The hourly rate for extra cleaning over and above the normal cleaning fee is $100 per hour.
