Old City shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a short walk from your door. Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. You'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations. Moving around the city using Uber or Lyft is fairly affordable.
This apartment is in a vibrant city neighborhood, and some city noise may be expected. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Guests who stay beyond their designated check-out time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses, starting at $55 per hour (pro-rated) after 11:30 am. Please take note that there is some potential construction noise during your stay as the areas are being improved.
