It's in the perfect location and the floor plans are spacious and modern, but the sheer incompetency of the people that run this place is pretty frustrating. Typos in the lease, emailing the wrong people, the webportal having bugs or deleting your banking information. These were all things we had to deal with. Our neighbor signed their lease without visiting the apartment and they were sent the complete wrong floor plan. What a gem - not only is this apartment tucked away on a quiet street, but has parking which is such a RARE find in Manayunk. The apartments are clean, spacious and have higher end fixtures. Working with maintenance and the property manager who are both prompt to address issues and concerns is truly the icing on the cake. I wish I could have stayed in Manayunk longer and I would have hands down re-signed my lease at 227 Krams.

We have lived here for almost 3 years now and were one of the first residents in the building. The building is in great condition (it's practically brand new), and each apartment has new appliances, etc. Noise is never an issue at all which is our favorite part of living here. Management responds quickly if you ever have any issue. I'd say there is a party in the building by a resident once every other month, if not less, and the music never last past 10 PM. Parking is never an issue, and the... building is on a dead end road, meaning little traffic/noise. It's a great location considering it is a 5 min walk from main street, a few block from a nature path, and more. Packages are always located safely in the lobby ( you need your key fob to get in ) Management can be seen on the property occasionally, cleaning, etc, they are very friendly and personable. There is also a shared roof deck, which is always clean, the other residents are super respectful towards each other. While everyone is very friendly, the building does not have a community feeling, where most buildings, you feel forced to be friends and say hi to your neighbors constantly. In our case, this is great, we rented here to live here for the great apartment and location, not to make friends! The building is pet friendly which is awesome.
