Deveiving

Pros: New building with modern finishes and in excellent location!
Cons: appliances break frequently despite being new; BOTH elevators were not working for over 2 weeks. Now only one functioning elevator. there is someone stealing packages (has been going on for months) and management refuses to review camera footage to resolve this issue. Common areas are not maintained and clean. Neither peloton in the gym works. Management is the least responsive company I’ve ever worked with. For the price,... would definitely advise you to rent elsewhere.
