Looks nice but

The apartment has a really nice layout and finishes but- Beware that the walls are thin and so are the ceilings between apartments. You can hear neighbors talking and hear every step someone takes in the apartment above you. The walls are also thin to the outside, you hear everything from the busy intersection and highway. The person who showed the apartments made it a point to say the walls are thick - this is not true. You do not have an actual heater in your apartment, it is a heat pump and... when it gets really cold outside it is hard to keep it warm. The fire alarm goes all the time. Hot water is horrible and there are leaks in the lobby. The hallway and the lobby is freezing.
