Quirky '70s bachelor pad with amazing private deck, spiral staircase and high ceilings

If you're into the retro vintage look that's come back into style in recent years, this is the place for you. Located on a quiet street conveniently located near the Spring Garden bridge and walking distance to Drexel University, Center City, West Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Art Museum this apartment is great for college students or young professionals. The spacious living area and large private deck are great for hosting parties and the unique features such as built in cabinets, fireplace… , spiral staircase and orange-tiled bathroom give it a cool retro feel. It has a new dishwasher and refrigerator, a washer and two full bathrooms, one for each floor of the apartment where the two bedrooms are located. The apartment certainly has it's quirks, like the large water-stained ceiling light in the living room and multiple dimmer light switches, but that's what we love about it and makes it unique and feel like a real home.
