Run for the hills, seriously. Not worth the “low price point”

Paper thin walls!!!!I cannot emphasize this enough, if you move in don’t say I didn’t warn ya. No privacy, cars broken into, bad property managers.

Unsafe

This building is in the middle of one of the worst neighborhoods in America. Management does not care about tenants and wants them to walk their dogs outside the enclosed courtyard at night on the street where multiple incidents occur every night. Cars are stolen or broken into. Junkies find their way into the building. The promised trash rooms on every floor do not work, and you must walk down to the 1st floor with your garbage. And black grit falls from the ceiling constantly. The building... should have gone through a few more inspections before anyone was allowed to live here.

Very private quite. Upscale loft

Despite it being in Kensington the area is revamping slowly the building is very unique with a lot of character. Very secure.
