NPDF Offers Great Space, Location, and Amenities for Price

As the West Philly area continues to flourish, it seems like it has become harder to find affordable renting, especially close to the various universities in the area, the Penn Alexander school catchment, and great restaurants, shops, and venues. I was shocked that I could find an affordable, spacious 2 bedroom on a pretty tree lined street right near Local 44, Clark Park, and Baltimore Ave. The apartment has a dishwasher, central air, and its own washer and dryer, amenities that I have found... are hard to come by. The common area and exterior of the building seem to be considered and taken care of. The management and maintenance staff are agreeable and nice. The management doesn't communicate or rely as much informative info about their closings or offerings as other management's I've experience. The performance by the maintenance is not the best I've had from years of rental experience, but not the worst. Overall, my rating goes mostly towards what I am getting for the cost, but would prefer a more proactive and informative management and maintenance staff.
