Absolutely unhelpful and unclear about the apartments. The building manager didn't reach out to us about renewing, but got really upset because the automatic lease renewal was sent to spam. Then they refused to talk with us about it. Expected us to change our keys with 1 day notice while we were out of town. Really bad experience. Also the fire alarm goes off randomly every 2 weeks and we had dogs barking for 4 hours straight at 10pm last week. They haven't done anything about this.

Hi, Alexa. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify a few points, as some statements in this review are inaccurate. Renewal notices and community updates, including the lock system upgrade, were sent well in advance via... email, and we encourage residents to regularly check both their inbox and spam folders for important notices. At no point did management refuse to discuss a lease renewal or become upset with any resident regarding this matter.
We also want to clarify that the community has not had fire alarms going off every two weeks. We recently conducted a fire drill in order to remain compliant with city requirements, and residents were provided with advance notice.
Lastly, we take noise concerns seriously, but no report regarding a dog barking was made, so we were not given the opportunity to address this matter. We’re always happy to address concerns when they are brought to our attention.
