Don’t move here with a car
I don’t mind the apartment. The stove and dishwasher (and probably other appliances) are super cheap. But the apartment is really pretty at least in my opinion. Sometimes the neighbors can be really loud even though we were told the units were “sound proofed.”
My main concern is that the person giving us the tour lied about the street outside being safe to park our cars on. We have been falsely ticketed (of course the PPD sucks so they rejected the dispute). We parked up the street in the... non-metered area and they claimed we parked right in front of the apartment. My boyfriends car was in a hit and run while parked. & lastly my car was totaled in a hit and run while parked on this street.
If you have a car DO NOT move here. You will regret it 1000x over.
