Vianney, Kirk and team are top notch! Beautiful apartments, amenities and service. Safe for young women and walkable! Highly recommend if you want to live in the city!

Wow the scenery and the vibes at bridge are truly top tier.. had the pleasure of meeting Saketa at the door .. her smile is infectious

The management team at the Bridge is top notch. They care first and foremost about the safety and comfort of their residents, while also fostering a great sense of community.

The amenities are the best in the city. . . with views of both the waterfront and Center City from the open spaces on the fifth floor and roof deck. The full gym, complimentary coffee, and gas grills really set the Bridge apart.

The neighborhood has all you could need or want, but is still safe and quiet. And the location... is key. . . situated on 2nd and Race convenient to both I95 and public transportation.

I’ve been here a few years and don’t plan on leaving any time soon.

My husband and I moved here in March and we couldn’t love the building and location more! Within walking distance is cherry st pier, the walking/bike trail along the water, fringe’s beer garden, a great produce store, a small dog park, & several great restaurants. There’s also an indego bike rack right outside, a train stop a few blocks away, and a good amount of street parking (with Philly resident pass). The neighborhood has a nice feel to it—much calmer than center city but still nearby... everything you need. It’s pretty safe, with the exception of a few stragglers, and the building is locked at all times.

As for the building, we absolutely love the two roof options—one with private cabanas for gatherings and another on the fifth floor with beautiful gardens and several grill/picnic table areas. There’s also a gym and a work room that’s got a great view of the bridge. The apartments have big windows with lots of light, high ceilings, and come with all modern appliances. The elevators are quick (which can be a huge problem if you’ve ever experienced it). Also, we love that it’s dog friendly as we have two large dogs. Would definitely recommend living here! Read More

I've lived here now for a number of years and find the building to be perfectly located in an area accessible to some great bars and restaurants but still secluded and "tucked away" enough to provide a more intimate and private experience to residents.

Great support staff from the front desk concierges all the way up to the property management team - very responsive and helpful and (most importantly) available when you need assistance.

Amenity spaces are especially nice and the outdoor areas... provide unique spaces to relax or hold events in the spring, summer, and fall months. Definitely recommend. Read More
