This is an extremely rare and beautiful property!

The biggest loft spaces in the entire Fishtown, close to my favorite restaurants and public transportation.

GREATEST HOUSING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I subletted a Room in a Loft at the Berks warehouse for 3 months, it was one of the Best Living experiences I have had my entire life, (I am only 26 1/2 tho! Ha!) I am a graphic design graduate, and have been trying to branch out on my own to work freelance so that I do not have an ordinary 9-5, the Berk is filled with all different artists, there are musicians and painters and jugglers, tons of photgraphers etc. Not only was my rent cheap but I have made lots of relationships that will last a... lifetime. I went to bed filled with creativity and woke up to creativity, the Berks oozes with creativity and passion, at times I felt intoxicated. The networking alone is worth double rent! I have met people who have told me that it is extremely difficult to get a room at the Berks, so I consider myself very lucky! The Berks warehouse is the most artist friendly building that I have ever lived in . If you have a chance to Live at the Berks dont sleep on it, snatch it up immediately, because it will not last. Hope this review was helpful
