Avoid This Property
If you are considering renting at Broadridge, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
The level of incompetence and lack of accountability here is astounding. I have now gone multiple days without heat/air conditioning, with freezing temperatures and a freeze warning in effect, and no meaningful action has been taken. This is not a one-off incident—this is the fourth time in a single month that HVAC issues have occurred.
What makes this worse is the complete breakdown of management and... maintenance. The leasing/management office has been closed for several days in a row, even during supposed business hours, with no reliable coverage. Emergency maintenance refuses to dispatch a technician and instead points residents back to the management office—an office that is not open. There is on-site maintenance that lives on the property, yet the issue remains unresolved.
Communication has been nonexistent. No updates. No timeline. No ownership of the problem. Just excuses and finger-pointing. Offering space heaters instead of fixing the actual issue is not only unacceptable but unsafe.
For the amount of money charged to live here, residents should expect proactive maintenance, clear communication, and basic habitability. Instead, what you get is repeated failures, unanswered concerns, and a customer service experience that suggests residents are an afterthought.
This is not just about HVAC. I’ve also dealt with billing issues, paperwork errors, and ongoing maintenance problems over the past few months. I tried to be patient, but this latest situation shows a clear pattern of neglect.
If you care about comfort, safety, or responsive management, do not rent here. There are too many better-managed properties to put up with this level of disregard.
