AMAZING

This charming apartment is on the ninth floor of a converted hotel! It's a lovely one bedroom apartment with hardwood floors throughout, an updated and modern kitchen, and a skylight in the bathroom. The location is amazing because it is right by Rittenhouse square and just steps away from tons of great restaurants, shops, and parks. It really is one of the best Philadelphia has to offer. Along with the incredible location in the heart of center city comes the most spectacular view of the... Philadelphia skyline from the large outdoor deck! This apartment is truly a gem of The city of brotherly love!
