Building is falling apart
Management only cares about the appearance of the front of the building because the neighbors complained about it, meanwhile people’s balconies (which by the way, you aren’t allowed to sit on, decorate or enjoy in any way since it’s to be used as a fire escape) are being held up by makeshift beams due to the mortar that’s crumbling between the building’s bricks. There are countless other safety hazards from gas leaks, to electrical issues. The only things that keeps most people here is the units... are large and it’s a great neighborhood.

I pay rent every month and it doesn't matter
I have lived her since 2019 and I have had issues with my heat since last year, pilot going out constantly. I went three days last winter with no heat. Now yesterday evening my heat went out called property manager he never returned my calls and the maintenance guy even blocked me, I heard he actually did this to another tenant. I pay my rent every month. I mean every month and this is how I'm treated!!! No one ever came and checked on my heater since this happened. I'm taking the necessary... steps to do what I need to do be these people don't care!!!
