Its location couldn’t be more perfect, steps away from the cafés, parks, shops, and everything we love most about the city.
But what really sets this place apart is the people. From the moment we stepped into the building, the maintenance crew, front desk staff, and leasing agents have been nothing short of exceptional. They’re not just friendly, they’re genuinely attentive, reliable, and go above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Really lovely building. Helpful, maintenance issues resolved quickly. Building staff host monthly events for residents. Addition of second building has created wonderful options for work from home space.

We just moved in this week but so far everyone has been so kind and helpful. We noticed a couple small things in the apartment we wanted repaired on move-in and maintenance immediately addressed them. Move-in was a breeze and all the amenities have been amazing so far :) Thank you so much to the community at Edgewater for making us already feel so welcome and we are looking forward to making this our new home!
