There are multiple issues with this property. Chiefly that the owner and property management company doesn’t care to maintain it and they don’t pay out security deposits on time

Building is falling apart . Instead of fixing current issues, they keep moving people in. Packages constantly stolen in “secure mail room” . There is no urgency when it comes to repairs and addressing issues. Good luck getting in touch with property manager. Owner is in this for a check and doesn’t care about the quality he is providing.
