Declining Tenant Experience
When I initially moved here, it was a great apartment complex providing a decent living experience for the price. However, since I have moved here (2018) It has failed to improve in specific areas, and the cost has consistently risen, which no longer makes it an ideal place to rent. My rent has increased by $300 over 4 years, and the quality of living has not increased.
They have talked about major renovations but I have yet to see it. I would warn against moving here.
