Greene Manor Apartments West

We lived here for 2 years and had the worst experience. The office was constantly unresponsive, even when management changed over, and their hours are never true. I have photos of me in front of Their offices in the middle of the day (3p) and they're already closed. Their staff is disrespectful, and I even had a few mutter racial slurs under their breaths when I was trying to talk about maintenance requests that didn't get resolved. We had to bang hard on the door because staffers inside looking... at us through the blinds refused to let us turn in our keys. They grudgingly let us in when we spoke to the regional office who called them too.
Note to tenants who have no other choice: they won't send you your security deposit back, but you would have to leave quite a shambles not to get it back. If they don't send it within 30 days, by philadelphia law, they owe you double. We got ours back double because we were waiting for so long. Read More

This is my first time renting and I must say the experience I am having with this complex is horrible. There is always some type of construction and the management is HORRID! They do not care about their tenants and frankly are rude people. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ! Please don't waste your money.
