Overpriced

Currently live here and it’s not worth the price asked for. The rent is too high for a building with NO amenities. Also, management takes their time responding to issues and fixing things inside your apartment.

Peace and quiet!!

I have lived here for two years now and I still love my apt. Low utilities, clean building, quiet neighbors, reasonable rent. I was allowed to repaint which really made it feel like home. I'm here to stay!!
