Rented here in 1989/90
I rented 239 S 21st St, unit 8 30 years ago. I just saw the listing for rent and pics, I was excited to see my past! Wow, what a dump! All they have done is rent the unit for 30 years, no updates or repairs. Same cabinets, same bathroom but now with missing tile. A very neglected property. Sad. Such a great location and beautiful architecture.
