New Apartment; Convenient Location

Management is easy to get in touch with. Apartment is conveniently located to everything I need, including public transit. Street parking is easy to navigate.

Brand new apartments with responsive management

The apartments at Manor Flats are fantastic bargains in the neighborhood. I have been in West Philadelphia/UCity for five years and I can say with confidence, for someone looking for a 2BR or 3BR apartment one cannot get a better deal. The apartments are brand new and unlike most places where you find some things to be unhappy about, these apartments are practically flawless. For more than 30% extra rent, I have seen much worse apartments in this neighborhood. The rooms are spacious with plenty... of closet spaces, bathrooms are huge. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and each apartment has its own washer and dryer. Living spaces are huge with even separate dining corners (for the 3 BR apartments). All apartments are equipped with Bluetooth locking systems. A year ago this building used to be managed by a management that was pretty insincere. The new management (Manor) is just the opposite: they are prompt, responsive, and pretty considerate. I had several occasions to interact with them and they were great.

New, very well designed and location is the best!

I've been here for over 4 months now. Apartment is really modern and tasty, had a small maintenance issue, maintenance tech Leo repaired it immediately. Great staff. Internet access is really strong.

All in 1 of the most affordable luxury apartment communities in Philadelphia (University City).
