Rodents
Dont live here if you can help it. Rodents running loose throughout apartment and management does nothing aside from set out a few rat poison blocks. We have seen mice nearly everyday for the last 5 months running across the floor, on our couch, on our counters in our apartment despite it our place being tidy.

Property Manager at Netherlands responded to this review
Please be assured that we take pest control very seriously. We have already taken steps to address the issue by bringing in a professional pest control service to conduct a thorough inspection and treatment of the entire building. We are also... implementing additional measures to prevent any future occurrences and to ensure a clean and secure environment for all our residents.

If you have a car AVOID THIS PLACE
In front of just the Netherlands apartments there are 4 piles of glass for car break in. Pretty much one a week. The bikes outside are stripped and residents have plastic on their windows from being broken into. The apartments aren't even cleaning the glass on the sidewalk in front of the building. Do not live here with a car or set aside money for breakins!

Current Resident
Coming from a current resident of Netherlands for about 2 months now. The plus is the rent and the location, perfect spot for local eateries/quick groceries/public transportation. Negatives are the ghosting management. We signed the lease in June set to move in beginning of July, and as soon as we signed the lease, we got zero response to our questions. Namely we were lied to about the installing of AC’s in the units and the fact they actually don’t have recycling here. We try contacting... management about all of the previous residents mail that was still here, and no zero response on what we should do about it. Overall, decent place but be prepared you are on your own when it comes to cleaning, repairs, and general help from up top.

Great price, helpful management
The property is newly renovated with clean and modern appliances and ample natural lighting. I love the large closet spaces and curved, bay window in the bedroom. I've very rarely heard the neighbors, so little noise travels between units. Management has also been very helpful and friendly with quick email response to lease questions and submitting timely requests to maintenance. Would highly recommend leasing at this property!

Great price for newly renovated building
Rent and utilities are both very reasonable, and the location is convenient for anyone as there is a bus stop right outside the building. Building is secure, and all equipment is new and functional. Highly recommend!
