Avoid
Mice and roach infestation. Old nasty kitchen cabinets and windows need replacements. Tenants leave trash on the ground all around the dumpster on top of non-tenants getting rid of trash in dumpster not leaving room for tenants to properly dispose of their trash. Not worth the rent.
