Great Location, Nice Balcony

Location: Location is great - walking distance to supermarket/cvs, pleasant 20-30 min walk to university city, one block away from 42 bus route for cheap public transit. Surrounding area is almost entirely residential, but short walk to restaurants on Baltimore or bar / take-out on 44th.

Apartment: Apartments are large and have a nice balcony during summer months. Building is old, but landlord is responsive and does a good job at fixing stuff when it breaks.

Amenities: Standard kitchen with... oven, stove, and dish washer. Coin-operated washer/dryer in basement. No central AC and radiator heat in winter.

Summary: The location is great, the balcony is nice, and the landlord is very responsive. Everything else is generally good but not amazing. Ideal for people working in University City or attending Penn/Drexel.
