Queen Lane Manor

I have been living here for two years. The building has a lot of character because it's an older-style building. The building upkeep is maintained very well, and the maintenance staff is always friendly and quickly addresses any issues I need to be fixed. The new gym equipment is a huge plus!

However, due to people moving in constantly, the stairs and walls do get damaged pretty often.

I’ve been living here for almost 7 months for the most part it’s a pretty good building the amenities are great but I’m starting to notice that the building is not being cleaned on a regular basis windows are dirty the floors aren’t vacuumed and the carpet on the third floor is stained I’m hoping that this will change soon as a paying tenant I shouldn’t have to live in a unclean building!!!

I really like this building. I’be lives here for two years during medical school and I may stay for two more. Pros: great closets, big rooms, very close to campus, easy on street parking, super safe, great tenants. Cons: no dishwasher, no in apartment laundry, aging building.
